Once the service is canceled, the refund will be refunded to the account you paid for within 7 days. But, before this, you are advised to tell the reason for canceling and your opinion.

www.playz.in provides full access to the services provided by the organization to the customer or the interested athlete. However, the minimum and maximum age gap is specified. This has been decided as part of the health and safety measures of the interested sportsperson, and these facilities are being provided only to persons above 6 years of age and below 60 years of age. PLAYZ INDIA shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever in case of injury or death of the customer or interested sportsperson availed of the service hereunder. So, it is advisable to take precautionary measures.

9. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnataka.

10. Losses

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website.
